The purpose of therapy is to --BREAK FREE -- from what is keeping you stuck

Do you find yourself struggling and not sure why, or how to make it better? Have you known for a while that you have some things to work through, but haven't gotten to it because... life? Whether you are wanting to work on yourself or a relationship - or maybe both - here you will find a supportive and empathic space to explore your thoughts, feelings, questions and goals. This is the place to find hope and healing, to gain insight and understanding, and to develop the skills you need to move forward with the peace, confidence and joy you've always wanted. 

What is an "Insighted Life"? Insight is about learning how our life experiences and unconscious patterns are shaping how we live, love and function today. This knowledge gives us the power to understand and soothe our emotions, better navigate relationships, change patterns that aren't working for us, and ultimately live a happier, more peaceful and fulfilling life. 

Hi, I'm Sarah

Three words that describe my style are: passionate, curious and dynamic. I love helping people find a sense of peace and growth in their lives through self discovery. In our sessions together you’ll find that I listen intently, and ask questions to help you to understand yourself in new ways. My style is open and fluid, as I create a warm, conversational environment while moving among a variety of therapeutic approaches based on your needs and goals.

I began my 20+ years career in Healthcare as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist. While Initially focused on improving physical health through exercise. I learned quickly how important mental health is to our overall health picture. I sought training in psychology/counseling to better understand the mind-body connection, and ended up finding my calling in the therapeutic process. I now take great joy in the privilege of supporting my clients to work through what they need to to find their peace and joy - and live the life they want.  Licensed since 2015, I specialize in fostering self-awareness, emotional healing, personal growth/confidence and healthy relationships to guide individuals and couples towards effective, positive transformation.​

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

We'll work one on one in a safe, caring and confidential environment.  Together we'll focus on your unique story, concerns and goals. We'll move at a pace that feels comfortable and gently challenging to get to the root of what is keeping you stuck. My goal is to help  move forward into the life you want with more clarity, skills,  confidence and joy. 

COUPLES
THERAPY

Together we will asses where things are and your goals for moving forward . My goal is to help you both find peace and hope. That can mean working to heal the relationship, creating more loving, satisfying connections. It can also mean supporting you to decide if you want to end the relationship, and if so, work through a transition with compassion and grace.

Learn about yourself (and your partner if in couples therapy)  through guided reflection. Learn to see patters, blind spots and strengths - and build skills that serve you well.

Improve self awareness, self acceptance and confidence. Learn to understand and manage your emotions, communicate more effectively and  navigate conflict and set healthy boundaries.

Practice

Set goals and build more effective  habits by trying new things, gently reflecting on what works and what doesn't, and making refinements as needed.
